Founders of Resilient Minds Academy
Trauma-Informed Mental Health Educators | Community Healers | Cycle Breakers
Gracie and Caleb Foy are the heart behind Resilient Minds Academy, a trauma-informed, culturally grounded wellness school created to support the emotional healing of BIPOC and underserved communities. As a wife-and-husband team, they bring over 35 years of combined experience in mental health care, education, and community empowerment.
Gracie Foy is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over two decades of experience supporting individuals through trauma recovery, identity work, and generational healing. As a woman who has personally broken cycles in her own life, she leads with compassion, cultural wisdom, and clinical integrity.
Caleb Foy is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) and serves as Chief Medical Officer of RMA. With a background in psychiatric care, crisis stabilization, and holistic mental wellness, Caleb focuses on bridging the gap between clinical practice and community care—especially for men, youth, and working-class families.
Together, Gracie and Caleb create healing-centered content that blends lived experience, clinical knowledge, and cultural truth. Their courses speak to those who’ve been overlooked in traditional mental health spaces, offering relatable, reflective, and radically empowering education.
“We created Resilient Minds Academy because our people deserve more than survival. They deserve peace, identity, and joy—and we’re walking with them every step of the way.”– Gracie & Caleb Foy
