Students can refuse to supply personal identification information but doing so may prevent them from engaging in certain School related activities.

You collect user emails + course progress only (no PHI).

HIPAA is respected but Teachable is not a HIPAA platform.

Personal information is never shared, sold, or used for therapy.

Students entering PHI are doing so at their own risk.
